We have all been fed the shite that the world will end December 21, 2012. I always thought this was a bunch of shite to begin with. Just like the 2000, Jesus returning crud! It is just another way for the Elite to make money off of you by YOU buying survival gear. The Elite hired dooms-dayers in order to use the fear factor to get you to spend spend spend. The more money they take away from you, the more control they have OVER you. Do you understand, how that works?!
However, the real threat we face currently is our National Debt. What you refer to as our Economic Problem (result loss of jobs). If the economy does take a dump, then yes it would have been best to fill up your cupboards with as much canned and boxed foods as possible. Personally to keep meet around, I would have dehydrated lean meats like Chicken and Turkey myself with my own dehydrator; to make meat last longer. There are a few fruits and vegetables you could dehydrate too; this seems to last longer than garden canned goods.
I think the best lesson we learned from the December 21, 2012 hoax was to be about love for ourselves and others through all our thoughts, words, feelings, and actions. We learned that when we are not loving, there is hell to pay. What you sent out, came right back. So, we became more mindful of this... cause and affect law.
Regardless of the hoax, let's continue to be about LOVE through all our thoughts, words, feelings, and actions so we can continue to be a good person.
